[iAuthors Club] The “Golden Pen Award” was awarded to our “Employee Ownership” Book

Last Friday evening was an eventful one for everyone here at HRINCAMPUS as our CEO, Ben Ho, took the stage during iAuthors Club’s Inaugural Authors’ Awards Gala at the Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort to receive the honorary Golden Pen Award for his book, “Employee Ownership”!

Authored by Ben himself, “Employee Ownership” was one of seventeen (17) books shortlisted by judges– who evaluated each book based on its cover, contents, endorsement and several other key factors.

Of the six (6) shortlisted books, “Employee Ownership” emerged as the Grand Winner!

A popular favorite among employers, the book is an insightful yet tasteful exploration into the plethora of tactics and steps that managers, employers and HR leaders can use to not only improve employee performance– but to also overcome obstacles on nearly all levels in the corporate and business playing fields.

Though written in a format easily understandable to even corporate novices, the powerhouse ideas explored in the contents of “Employee Ownership” are refreshingly insightful, even to veterans of the corporate landscape– making the book this year’s critical favorite among judges of the Golden Pen Award.

Thank you for being a part of our HRINCAMPUS family, and we hope that you will relish this amazing win as much as we did!

*“Employee Ownership” is in fact, a two-part book (sold as a twin-pack), and can be purchased at your local MPH, Kinokuniya, Popular outlets, or other local bookstores.
